With more than 35 years in sales and marketing, Matt began his career with Procter & Gamble and Bausch & Lomb before moving into the pharmaceutical industry. The last 15 years have been focused on business development in the permanent physician recruitment arena. He joined Jackson Physician Search in 2024 as the Midwest Divisional Vice President of Business Development.
Matt has been able to apply his passion for helping his clients by assisting them in building their clinical teams to better serve the communities they live in. He prides himself in developing and implementing creative ideas for challenging situations to solve the staffing issues so many organizations face in today’s healthcare environment.
He truly enjoys being a coach and mentor to both his sales team, as well as to the youth in the community. He has been in the Big Brother program with the same young man for more than seven years and also values his time volunteering at the local school district at their special needs location.
Matt earned a BBA in Marketing from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio. He and his wife enjoy traveling, going to St. Louis Cardinals baseball games, and hanging out with their dogs when he’s not playing golf or pickleball.
