With 45 years of experience in healthcare staffing, Dane has been a part of this industry since 1979, starting alongside Jackson Healthcare Chairman & CEO Rick Jackson, and contributing to the early pioneering efforts in physician recruiting. Dane has held executive positions with healthcare companies as well as other healthcare organizations.
He is highly regarded in the industry, speaking before professional organizations across the country and offering his expertise for industry publications regarding healthcare staffing, business development, physician recruitment market trends, leadership, and digital recruitment advertising. He has consulted with hundreds of hospitals and communities, guiding them towards effective recruiting solutions and best practices.
As a Senior Vice President with Jackson Physician Search, Dane is responsible for developing new business in Texas and the U.S. Southwest, and provides business development leadership for the three regional offices. A graduate of Harding University, Dane resides in Plano, TX, with his wife, Sandy, and they enjoy spoiling their three handsome grandsons and two beautiful granddaughters.
