Driven to improve patient access to care, we made a deliberate decision more than a decade ago to change the face of the industry. We reimagined our candidate acquisition process, did away with costly, ineffective direct mail, and pioneered the first all-digital recruitment process.

Our Story

Our proven track record of delivering on some of the toughest searches goes all the way back to the 1970s when Jackson and Coker founded the physician recruitment industry that we know today. A lot has changed over the past four decades, but our commitment to placing physicians who fit, succeed, and stay remains the same.

In 2009, Tony Stajduhar, who had worked for Jackson and Coker years earlier, was invited back to serve as president. In just seven years, we grew to become an established leader in physician recruitment. Our success rates had climbed so dramatically that we rebranded as Jackson Physician Search.
